Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Eaara Jewelry. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may experience minor delays. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days across major metro and regional pincodes in India.
Prepaid Orders: Fast-track dispatch and standard delivery rates apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select serviceable pincodes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification (via WhatsApp / SMS / Email) containing your tracking number (AWB) and courier tracking link.

4. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package or take photos/unboxing videos before opening and notify our team immediately within 48 hours.
